Baby A {Newborn}
To say that I was excited to photograph little A would be an understatement! In the 1.5 years since I've started my business, and the numerous newborns that I've been able to shoot, ONE has been a girl! So, if you're pregnant and wanting a little boy...book me for newborns and odds are it will happen :)
I've known baby A's daddy as long as I've known my hubby...to the day! He was there the night we met. Mommy came into the picture later on and fit right in! She has a heart of gold and one of the most genuine people I've ever met. I love this family with all my heart and cannot wait to watch their sweet little angel grow old. Enjoy your sneak peek N family :)
I see a 6mo...1yr...2yr portrait on this table. A new take on the boring sitting in a chair growth photos ;)
Sweet, sleepy smile :)

Holiday Mini's...
...round 1! The first round of holiday mini-shoots were held a few weeks back. It was nothing more than a day spent stressing about the nonstop RAIN and projecting my grouchy attitude onto my loving family :) A schedule of five families, dwindled down to two sets of troopers (on the rainy day) and one who was able to reschedule for the following day. All in all, we had a great time and I got some great images. I even got some of my girl dancing in the rain. Because when the rain tries to rain on your parade...why not dance in it :)
The H boys! Oh how the Roebucks love them!
Sweet little L and his adoring family. Looking at these pictures...who do you think runs the household?!
(I have a feeling he runs her house too!)
The F bro and sis duo!
It hurts how much I love this face :)

Baby J {6 mo}
Let me start by saying that 6 mo sessions may in fact be my FAVORITE! These sweet little babes haven't quite mastered sitting up, but are able to be somewhat "independent"...they are usually ALL smiles...and the moms always know how to get those belly laughs going! In J's case, it was mom's hair! She'd wiggle that hair around and it was like standup comedy to this guy :) This sweet family made the trek from Plano to downtown FW with some sketchy weather on the radar. I had big ideas for our shoot but construction and weather almost rained on our parade. I told mom that we would go with the flow and go as long as the little guy would let us. This age can be tricky. Happy one minute...D.O.N.E the next. Well, three locations and 2 hours later we got a ton of amazing shots!
Thank you B family for a fun morning! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek :)

Holiday {mini-sessions}
It's that time of year again! Lets all try to forget that the average high is 137* and get in the Christmas spirit :)
I will be hosting two mini-sessions at two of my favorite locations! Here are the details:
$100
30 min. session
3 digital files
extra prints will be available for purchase via online gallery
Oct. 19th (Friday) will be held at my favorite church location! The picture below was our Christmas card from last year. It has beautiful dark wood doors on all sides, with awesome detailed hardware. Throw in some vintage iron gates, a few arches, and some stained glass...you can almost hear the angels singing :)
Oct. 20th (Saturday) will be held in the trees across from the Log Cabin Village. This is located between Colonial Country Club and the zoo. It is a magical spot with trees galore. Some of my favorite images have come from here!
I am estimating 4-5 spots each day, starting around 4. I am wanting to get a better feel for the light before exact times are set. Email me NOW to reserve your spot! First come first serve on times!
